As a private customer, you can only order online.
You order in 4 simple steps :  

Step 1 : select your items and add them to your caddy
Step 2 : fill in your personal details and indicate the country of destination 
Step 3 : fill in the delivery address or choose a pick-up point
Step 4 : select the way you want  to pay and you will be forwarded automatically to a secured payment page to make payment

Payment and delivery

How to make payment?

Payment will be made immediately through a secured internet banking website


After placing an order, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. Your order will be processed, packed and shipped to the specified delivery address in the next few days. You can follow the status of your order in your dashboard.

Our shipping partner offers standard one delivery attempt. You will be informed of the exact delivery time by e-mail.

If your plans change and you won’t be at home, then you can easily change the time or place of delivery online. You can also choose to have your package delivered to a parcelshop or authorise us to leave your package in a specific place, for example at the back door or in the garage. Then please choose "drop off permission" from the list of options you receive in the mail from DPD.

If the driver was unable to deliver your parcel, he will leave it at the nearest pickup parcelshop. You will receive a “not at home message” in your mailbox indicating where you can pick up your package.

Problems with your order or a specific product

Report a problem

You can easily report a problem by following the below steps. You can do this within 2 weeks after delivery.

  4. Indicate the article and the prefered solution

How to return an item?

You want to return an item? Ordered goods can be returned within 14 days from receipt.

  1. Sign in with your login and pasword
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Click on '!' next to the order concerned
  4. Indicate the article and the prefered solution

You will receive a confirmation and return ticket by e-mail. You print the return ticket, stick it on your parcel and take the parcel to one of the DPD Pickup parcelshops.
